Clients have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much professional care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

Currently, Mente Behavioral Services is in network with BCBS.

Options below reflect straight forward pricing. A credit card will likely be needed and payments are divided into two or three installments.

Good Faith Estimates will be available to you prior to your scheduled appointment and a $50 scheduling fee is charged when appointment is made. This is a portion of the total cost.
General Diagnostic Evaluation (without specialty measures for ADHD or Learning Disabilities)
