What is an assessment? Dependent upon the purpose, the assessment/evaluation will typically:

Involve an approximately hour-long interview to discuss a wide range of topics (history, behavior, current symptoms, and situation)
-
Include standardized measures (psychometric tests) that may assess intelligence, language, academic skills, personality, attitudes towards food, adaptive skills, problem-solving, and others

Last 2 to 3.5 hours

Potential for a brief feedback or summary of findings

Plan for the assessment accordingly and make arrangements for transportation, outside duties, and/or technology (if telehealth has been selected for your case). This information will be discussed prior to the assessment.
Contract psychometrist services
In addition to assessments, MBS, LLC can provide psychometrist services for neuropsychologists

Experience in neuropsychological testing for individuals with epilepsy, suspected dementia, motor disorders, and other conditions

Bilingual (Spanish)

Supply of various tests for multiple cognitive areas (intellectual, adaptive, language, visuospatial, behavior, etc)
